Fibrene kan reducere m\u00e6ngden af tilbagekastning fra spr\u00f8jtebeton og forhindre dannelsen af revner. <\/strong><\/p><p>Spr\u00f8jtebeton er en proces, hvorved h\u00f8jstyrkebeton eller m\u00f8rtel spr\u00f8jtes p\u00e5 en overflade ved brug af trykluft, som tvinger beton eller m\u00f8rtel gennem en slange med h\u00f8j hastighed. Denne anvendelsesmetode g\u00f8r spr\u00f8jtebeton mere holdbar end almindelig beton. <\/p><h2><strong>Reduceret tilbagekastning fra spr\u00f8jtebeton<\/strong><\/h2><p>Spr\u00f8jtning ved h\u00f8j hastighed er n\u00f8dvendigt for at opn\u00e5 et st\u00e6rkt og holdbart resultat. H\u00f8jhastighed betyder imidlertid ogs\u00e5, at noget af spr\u00f8jtebetonen kastes tilbage fra overfladen. Derfor spildes en kostbar m\u00e6ngde spr\u00f8jtebeton, hvilket i nogle situationer kan udg\u00f8re 40%. Desuden indeholder den spr\u00f8jtebeton, der kastes tilbage, de st\u00f8rste partikler i spr\u00f8jtebetonblandingen. Som f\u00f8lge heraf kan tykkelsen af den p\u00e5f\u00f8rte spr\u00f8jtebeton overstige det forventede, og spr\u00f8jtebetonen vil v\u00e6re mere tilb\u00f8jelig til krympning.    <\/p><p>Ved at tils\u00e6tte Wiking\u00ae Konstruktionsfibre til spr\u00f8jtebetonblandingen styrkes blandingens koh\u00e6rente karakter markant, ved mekanisk at binde cementmaterialerne sammen. Som f\u00f8lge heraf reduceres tilbagekastning fra spr\u00f8jtebeton betydeligt. <\/p><h2><strong>Reduceret plastkrympning<\/strong><\/h2><p>Spr\u00f8jtebeton lider ogs\u00e5 under plastkrympningsrevnedannelse. N\u00e5r Wiking\u00ae Konstruktionsfibre tils\u00e6ttes spr\u00f8jtebetonblandingen, \u00f8ges kapaciteten for tr\u00e6kdeformation i plastfasen, hvilket forhindrer forekomsten af
