Derved reduceres dannelsen af revner for\u00e5rsaget af termisk p\u00e5virkning. <\/p><p>Fibrene vil ogs\u00e5 \u00f8ge sammenh\u00e6ngskraften i den ildfaste blanding, hvilket sikrer langsigtet modstandsdygtighed over for ydre p\u00e5virkninger og stress.<\/p><p><strong>Termiske egenskaber<\/strong><\/p><p>Wiking\u00ae Refrac Fibre har et lavt smeltepunkt. Fibrene vil derfor krympe og hurtigt smelte v\u00e6k ved h\u00f8jtemperaturst\u00f8bning, hvorved kapillarkanalerne dannes. Dette betyder, at det ildfaste materiales por\u00f8sitet vil \u00f8ges tidligt under br\u00e6nding for at forhindre enhver eksplosion eller revnedannelse for\u00e5rsaget af termisk stress.  <\/p><p><strong>Kemisk og biologisk resistente<\/strong><\/p><p>I mods\u00e6tning til alle andre syntetiske fibre p\u00e5 markedet er polypropylenfibre resistente over for b\u00e5de syrer og baser. Derfor vil Wiking\u00ae Refrac Fibre forl\u00e6nge holdbarheden af brandsikre materialer. Desuden r\u00e5dner fibrene ikke og har en naturlig evne til at modst\u00e5 angreb fra insekter og mikroorganismer.  <\/p><p><strong>Fleksibel produktion til dine behov<\/strong><\/p><p>Wiking\u00ae Refrac Fibre er fremstillet i overensstemmelse med kundens krav. Fibrene er tilg\u00e6ngelige i tykkelserne 15-110 mikron og i forskellige l\u00e6ngder, og speciel bel\u00e6gning er ogs\u00e5 en mulighed.
