N\u00e5r du v\u00e6lger Wiking\u00ae Tekniske Fibre, kan du drage fordel af en r\u00e6kke unikke kvalitetsegenskaber. <\/strong><\/p><h2>Letteste syntetiske fiber p\u00e5 markedet<\/h2><p>Alle Wiking\u00ae Tekniske Fibre er fremstillet af 100% polypropylenfibre. Polypropylenfibre vejer kun 0,91 g\/cm3, hvilket er den laveste massefylde af alle syntetiske fibre p\u00e5 markedet. Samtidig har polypropylenfibre en h\u00f8j tr\u00e6kstyrke. N\u00e5r der anvendes polypropylenfibre, er der derfor brug for en mindre v\u00e6gt af fibre for at opn\u00e5 den kr\u00e6vede styrke og areald\u00e6kning.   <\/p><h2>Kemisk og biologisk resistens<\/h2><p>I mods\u00e6tning til alle andre syntetiske fibre p\u00e5 markedet er polypropylenfibre resistente over for b\u00e5de syrer og baser. Derfor bruger vi kun polypropylen i vores produktion af tekniske fibre \u2013 for at sikre, at vores kunder f\u00e5r en meget holdbar l\u00f8sning. <\/p><h2>Forebyggelse af statisk elektricitet<\/h2><p>Med en meget fleksibel produktionslinje er vi i stand til at fremstille vores fibre til filtrering ved langsom hastighed. Derved undg\u00e5s forekomsten af statisk elektricitet. Dette fritager kunden fra at anvende en speciel olie til fjernelse af den statiske elektricitet, f\u00f8r fibrene bruges til filtrering.  <\/p><h2>Veludf\u00f8rte sk\u00e6ringer<\/h2><p>Ved fiberproduktion vil sl\u00f8ve klinger for\u00e5rsage en betydelig opvarmning af fibrene og f\u00e5 dem til at kl\u00e6be sammen, n\u00e5r de opbevares i kasser. Som standard skifter vi derfor ofte klingerne i vores produktion af tekniske fibre, for at sikre skarpe klinger og ordentligt adskilte fibre. <\/p><p><a
